Use morning and night.

Apply after thoroughly cleansing with Gentle Milk Cleanser. Shake Gentle Toner and use cotton pad to gently smooth onto face.Moisturise with Hydrance Optimale Rich Hydrating Cream, Rich Compensating Cream or Skin Recovery.
