Suggested use
Oil Pulling: Begin your morning on an empty stomach. Measure one tablespoon of the Ayurvedic pulling oil. Swish gently in your mouth for 5-20 minutes, ensuring the oil reaches all areas. Do not swallow. Discard oil in the trash and rinse mouth with warm water.
Tongue Scraping: Use the tongue scraper following oil pulling. Hold the scraper at both ends, reach to the back of the tongue, and pull forward, scraping off the white layer. Rinse the scraper after each stroke. Repeat 5-7 times.
Toothbrushing: Wet the tooth- brush, apply a small amount of toothpaste, and brush teeth in a circular motion, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned, for 2 minutes. Rinse mouth and toothbrush thoroughly after use.
For best results, follow this routine daily for a holistic oral hygiene practice.
