Green Split Peas
Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 cups Arrowhead Mills green split peas
Cooking Instructions
Rinse and sort green split peas. Bring peas and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until peas are tender.
Make 4 servings.
