For Pancakes:

1 cup of mix

2/3 cup of milk*

1 large egg*

1 tablespoon of oil

1) Stir all ingredients until blended with no lumps.

2) Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupful of batter onto hot lightly oiled griddle. For electric griddle, set to 350,‚,°F.

3) Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown. 

Makes 8 - 4-inch pancakes

For Waffles:

1-,‚,½ cups of mix

,‚,¾ cup of milk*

2 large eggs*

2 tablespoons of oil

1) Stir all ingredients until blended with no lumps.

2) Pour desired amount of batter into lightly oiled waffle iron.

3) Cook until steaming stops.

Makes 8 4-inch waffles.

*Dairy and eggs can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to your dietary needs.
