Directions

Cooking Directions
Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Add pasta. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Begin tasting pasta at 6 minutes and cook to desired tenderness.
Drain pasta and return to saucepan.
Measure ??? cup lowfat milk into measuring cup, add cheese and stir until smooth.
Add cheese sauce to pasta, stir well and enjoy!
Variations
For richer, creamier flavor, add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, then stir in the milk and cheese packet.
For a reduced-fat alternative, substitute 2% lowfat milk with 1% or nonfat milk.
