For each scoop, add 120-160 ml of cold water. Assess tolerance with 1 scoop before trying more.

Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not use if inner seal is broken. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
