Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from borage oil. GLA is an w-6 semi-essential fatty acid. Borage oil is high in GLA content (23% min,), and is also a significant source of linoleic acid, another w-6 fatty acid.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, 1 softgel one to two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Other Ingredients
Gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
