Discussion: Ortho Bone Vegan is an advanced combination of nutrients including a superior vegan calcium to support healthy bone structure. The formula features calcium citrate-malate, which is a more bioavailable calcium than simple calcium citrate. It also includes two research supported forms of vitamin K2, vegan vitamin D and all other key nutrients in research-backed doses and forms.
Suggested Use
Take 5 capsules 1-2 times daily, with meals to facilitate maximum absorption, taking second dose with the last meal or snack of the day, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Other Ingredients
Tapioca dextrin, maltodextrin, citric acid (preservatives), glycine, l-aspartic acid, rice flour, soy flour, magnesium trisilicate, sucrose, acacia gum, capsule (hypromellose and purified water), corn starch, tricalcium phosphate and medium chain triglycerides.
Contains: soy.
