Suggested use
Mix 1-2 scoops (12.5 g per scoop) with cold water (6-8 oz. per scoop) and consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. Vary amount of liquid to preferred taste. Use only as directed. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
