Organic Ground Chili Chipotle gives wonderful, smoky heat to many recipes and is generally used in Mexican and Mexican inspired dishes. Chili chipotle is fantastic in salsas, chili con carne, BBQ and hot sauces, and to add flavor to bean and lentil dishes. The ground powder is perfect to add spice to taco meat, queso and soups. By using ground peppers, it makes it possible to use in a wider variety of dishes, since the whole peppers have flesh that is thick and can be toug compromising the moisture and textural content of the dish.
