ROAST LEVELS
MILD
Mild roast coffees provide a smooth taste for those who prefer a milder tasting coffee.
MEDIUM
Medium roast coffees offer character with a balanced, smooth and rich flavor.
MEDIUM-DARK
Medium-Dark roast coffees are slow roasted for a full-bodied, uniquely robust flavor.
DARK
Dark roast coffees are bold with a bittersweet taste that is hearty and complex.
PREPARE
GRIND
We recommend brewing with freshly ground Private Selection Coffee beans. For a more robust flavor use a finer grind.
BREWING METHOD
Use 1 rounded tablespoon of ground coffee for each 6 ounces of cold water, or adjust to the strength you desire. Serve piping hot, removing grounds from coffee maker after brewing.

STORAGE
