Directions
Prepare:
- For 1 lb. of pasta to 4 quarts water.
- Bring water to a roiling boil, add salt, add pasta to boiling water and stir. Cook uncovered and stir occasionally until desired tenderness is reached. Drain well, add sauces and serve.
- Cooking time: 11-13 minutes.
Pair This pasta shape is perfect for holding chunky vegetable or meat sauces. Add chopped vegetables to marinara sauce and serve over pasta for an authentic Italian meal.
