Directions
- Add 1? cups of boiling water to 1 cup of OSEM Israeli (Pearl) Couscous.
- Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt to taste.
Serving Suggestion
Saut? one small chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown. Add 1 cup of OSEM Israeli (Pearl) Couscous and stir well. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and other spices according to taste. Add 1? cups of boiling water or broth. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
