Martin & Pleasance herbal creams have a high potency herb concentration, up to 10%, and are carefully blended with aqueous cream for maximum absorption.

For the temporary relief of swelling and minor pain from bruising, mild sprains and sports injuries.

Directions:
Apply 3 times daily or as required.
For external use only.
Not to be used on broken skin.

Each 100g contains 10ml of Arnica montana extract (1:5) Equiv. to dry flower 20mg/g in an  naturally derived cream base
