When the ultimate taste tester, my non-celiac brother, first tried my bread he said, "Whats the big deal? it tastes like bread." Exactly! As a celiac, a person with type 1 diabetes, and trained chef, I live and breathe the philosophy that safe, allergen-free products can and should taste great.
Our customers are like family to us and we take your health and safety very seriously. We blend all our products in-house in an allergen-free, controlled environment, using only allergen-free certified ingredients. Our facility is USDA and Kosher Certified. To ensure quality and safety, we regularly submit our mixes to lab testing. When we say a product is "free from," we meant it.

Nutrition Matters!
We use a blend of three different pre-cooked bean flours and chia flour, which provide a good source of protein, fiber, vitamins, mineral, omega-3s, and antioxidants. We do not use refined sugars.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Yeast Free Bread Mix
- ¼ cup of oil
- 1½ cups of non-dairy drink, including water
- 2 tablespoons of preferred sweetener (optional)
- 3 jumbo eggs
Its easy
- Preheat oven to 375°. Set rack to center
- Grease 8½ x 4½ loaf pan
- Blend eggs, oil and liquid of choice until smooth
- Add bread mix, stir until well combined with no lumps (careful not to over mix)
- Spoon into prepared pan
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, remove from pan and cool on wire rack for 1 hour.
Tips and Variations:
- To make egg free: blend two tablespoons of ground flax with seven tablespoons boiling water. Blend until well combined. It will end up gelatinous - just like an egg.
- If using a wet sweetener such as honey, blend into wet ingredients. If using a dry sweetener, whisk into dry mix.
- Also makes pita chips, coconut custard pie, dinner rolls, hamburger and hot dog buns, herbed olive bread, pancakes, waffles, wraps and flatbread, cinnamon raisin bread and other great delights.
- Store your mix in a cool dry place and it will stay fresh for two years!
