BONVIT PSYLLIUM FIBRE 550G CAPSULES 110 

Psyllium husks come from the Psyllium seed, Psyllium husks are a natural, gentle effective source of soluble fibre that keeps you regular and helps to promote a healthy digestive system. May help maintain healthy cholesterol levels when combined with a low fat diet. Aids or assists in the treatment of fluid retention.

Directions: Take 2-6 capsules once or twice daily followed by a full glass (250ml) of cool water. Swallow only one capsule at a time.
