Bioglan Triphala 60 Tablets
Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic healing tonic blend of 3 fruits; Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhtaki. Traditionally used for Rasayana (rejuvenation) and as a digestive and detoxification tonic.
Traditionally used in Ayuvedic meds to help:
- Relief of occasional constipation
- Relieve mild abdominal pain and flatulence
- Rejuvenation
- Relieve mild heart burn associated with non-specific indigestion
- As a digestive tonic to promote digestive fire, support appetite and aid digestion
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily.
