Bioglan Probiotic Breakfast Smoothie combines pea protein and chia for a complete plant based protein source, plus ground oats for a low GI, high fibre boost and 5billion probiotics per serve for healthy digestion. Naturally flavoured and sweetened with nothing artificial.

Directions:

Add 2 scoops (50g) to 250mL water and shake well. For a creamier option, add your choice of plant or dairy based milk.
